You will be directly responsible for driving revenue growth, winning strategic accounts, and expanding ULB’s footprint in competitive markets. If you’re motivated by targets, accountability, and upside earnings—this role is built for you.

What You’ll Own

  • Aggressively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and dominate a territory or vertical (data centers, utilities, EPCs, contractors)
  • Drive full-cycle sales: lead generation to technical consultation to deal close
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers (engineers, project managers, executives)
  • Position ULB as the go-to solution for load bank and power testing needs
  • Deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals that win business
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Maintain a strong pipeline with disciplined Salesforce management and forecasting
  • Partner with internal engineering to deliver high-impact solutions quickly

What It Takes to Win

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of high-performance B2B sales experience in industrial, electrical, power systems required.
  • Proven track record of crushing quotas and closing complex, high-value deals
  • Strong technical acumen—able to speak confidently about electrical systems, generators, and load testing
  • Elite communication and negotiation skills
  • Relentless drive, competitive mindset, and ownership mentality
  • Ability to operate independently with urgency and accountability
